Beginning in Spring 2027, Pi Beta Phi’s Recruitment Academy will bring together collegiate recruitment leaders and advisors for an immersive weekend designed to strengthen recruitment strategies, share best practices and help chapters thrive.

Strong recruitment is the foundation of a thriving chapter. It strengthens the member experience, supports long-term chapter health and creates communities where more women can experience the lifelong impact of Pi Phi.

Throughout the weekend, participants will learn from experienced recruitment volunteers and staff through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, chapter-specific planning and one-on-one coaching. Every session is intentionally designed to provide practical ideas and real-world strategies that attendees can immediately bring back to their chapters, creating a lasting impact long after the event concludes.
